This incredible organization shares space with CrossFit Music City and plays a vital role helping individuals overcome physical challenges and regain their independence. \nI’ll be leading you through a deeply relaxing sound bath along with Reiki energy healing delivered by Lauren DeYoe to help balance your mind\, body & spirit. This soothing hour is designed to help you unwind & recharge\, all while supporting a worthy cause. \nPlease bring a yoga mat & anything else you need to ensure your comfort during the session.
