Every second Wednesday of the month\, Robin Barnes with Sounds for the Soul will create a peaceful sound immersion to deepen your connection to yourself while sound vibrations from crystal bowls\, gongs\, handpan\, flute & tibetan bowls & more\, wash over you and reset your frazzled nervous system. We’ll start with deep breathing & flow into the sound immersion. So drop your kiddos off at school and make your way to Ground Floor Yoga @The Franklin Factory to enjoy a complimentary Mad Tasty or Kombucha.
