DESCRIPTION:I’m so excited to offer my inaugural Sound Bath in the Courtyard at The Harpeth Hotel in downtown Franklin! I hope you’ll join me! \nWhat is a Sound Bath? \nA Sound Bath is an immersive experience that uses the sounds of crystal bowls\, gongs\, handpan\, koshi bells\, Himalayan bowls\, flutes and other instruments to bring relaxation the body. It is designed to settle the mind\, clear mental noise\, and guide you into a calmer\, more grounded sense of being. It’s a simple\, non-invasive relaxation method that can produce profound and powerful outcomes in the reduction of stress\, anxiety\, depression\, pain and more. \nHow Does it Work? \nSound affects the body at a cellular level\, stimulating us to release tension. As the sound of singing bowls\, frame drums\, native flutes\, gongs\, vocal toning and other sacred instruments wash over you\, they invite you to move into a deep meditative state. There the vibrations can unlock unhealthy\, stuck emotional tension held within your cellular memory\, boost your immune system & cultivate a heightened awareness of your inner world and intuition.
