Come learn the basics of giving and receiving Reiki.
We’ll start with a sound meditation and then learn about energy healing and chakra balancing through Reiki, the Universal Life Force Energy. You will experience both giving & receiving Reiki in this fun, relaxed Reiki Share.
We will learn to:
• Feel the human energy field
• Diagnose & balance the chakras
• Access & use Reiki energy to heal
